PCB MANUFACTURING SERVICES

Exception PCB provides a structured range of PCB manufacturing services for high-technology electronics. Each service is delivered with the same engineering discipline, quality framework, and commitment to technical accuracy.

UK Manufacturing

From our 58,000 sq. ft facility in Tewkesbury, UK, we support high-technology PCB production for regulated and technically demanding applications.

Our controlled processes, embedded inspection, and full traceability support complex multilayer designs, advanced materials, and tight tolerances while maintaining consistency and audit readiness across every build.

UK-based manufacture reduces supply-chain risk, improves responsiveness, and supports secure handling of design data and materials. For customers in regulated and defence programmes, UK sourcing provides additional supply-chain assurance where country of origin matters.

Quick-turn

Our Quick-Turn service provides accelerated delivery of high-technology PCBs for time-critical requirements across both prototype and standard builds.

This service is applied selectively where programme timelines require recovery or compression. Quick-Turn builds follow the same quality framework, inspection stages, and process controls as standard manufacture, ensuring predictability and traceability are maintained.

Quick-Turn is typically used to support urgent re-spins, compressed NPI schedules, or critical delivery deadlines, keeping programmes on track without increasing technical risk.

DESIGN FOR MANUFACTURE

Our engineering team reviews designs against real manufacturing processes before production begins, assessing stack-up, materials, drill structures, impedance, and tolerances.

Review is carried out using In-Cam Pro, with direct input from engineers who work across lamination, drilling, plating, and inspection. This approach identifies manufacturability risks and confirms the right build route before fabrication begins.

For manufacturing customers, DFM is embedded in the production workflow as standard. For those at an earlier stage, it is available as a standalone review, providing structured recommendations before significant programme investment is committed.

ADVANCED PCB TECHNOLOGIES

We support a range of advanced PCB technologies used in complex and technically demanding electronics. Each technology is delivered using controlled processes and engineering oversight, with clear pathways into production.
